Boulevardier

1.5 oz Orleans Orange Whiskey

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Campari

Stir with ice until well chilled & diluted, strain into a glass with a large ice cube and garnish with an expressed orange peel

Sazerac

2 oz Willoughby Whiskey

.25oz Simple Syrup

4 dashes Peychad’s bitters

Stir with ice until well chilled & diluted, strain into a chilled coupe with an Absinthe rinse and lemon twist

Mint Julep

2 oz Burke Bourbon

.25 oz simple syrup

Fresh mint leaves

In your serving glass, muddle a handful of mint leaves with the simple syrup. Add the bourbon, and top the glass with packed crushed ice and layered mint leaves. Stir until combined and garnish with a sprig of mint and a few dashes of angostura bitters
