St. Johnsbury Gin

A beautifully balanced gin: Juniper forward, complimented by subtle floral and citrus notes, alongside the root-based botanicals with a clean finish. 

We use a unique blend of botanicals to accomplish an extraordinary flavor profile. As opposed to a typical dry gin, our product has many nuanced notes - which is why we keep our final product at 100 proof - so as not to dilute all of the different flavors. While it is a higher proofed spirit, it is distilled 3 times from scratch, resulting in a smooth finish.

.75 oz St. Johnsbury Gin

.75 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur

.75 oz Green Chartreuse

.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled and diluted. Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass or Coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied luxardo cherry.

Al Capone

2 oz St. Johnsbury Gin

1 egg white

.1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

.75 oz mint simple syrup

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) until frothed, then shake again with ice and strain into a highball glass and top with Club Soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel.
