Sweet combines with smokey in this smooth spirit. The process begins in Mexico with the harvest of matured agave which is then roasted for over a day in an underground pit. The roasted agave is then milled to extract the juice, fermented, and then distilled. At the same time, 3000 miles north in Vermont, Maple trees are taped to extract sap. This sap is then boiled over an extended period of time to produce the most pure Maple Syrup. Both products require hard work and time. individually, they are great - together, they are perfect!
